Highway pegs

I want to put a set of highway pegs on. I have been trying to find a set of streamliner passenger pegs used but in good condition. New they are fairly expensive. While I search I thought I would ask what you folks are using and how much you like them.

I'm using Streamliner so they match. You can find them just keep looking, I'd def keep a look out on other forums. I found some on Craigslist (I search all and ask sellers if they're willing to ship and use PayPal) ..anyway I found a set and paid $50/shipped.

Thanks for the link. I'll give that a try. I saw some on eBay but they didn't seem the same. They said something about three exposed stripes to show the chrome where the OEM pegs have three raised stripes. I wasn't too clear on whether or not they were actually different from the response I got from the seller.
 
I found an OEM set on ebay for $70.00 with shipping. I just need to buy some nice mounts now.

I may take you up on that. I have a friend who just told me that he has a pair of mounts he may be willing to part with.
 
I put the short Harley adjustable brackets on mine. They work great and look good to boot.

I put the Harley adjustable mount with a different style Harley peg. The stream liners are double the price of the pegs I looked at. If I add the passenger floor boards later I'll move the stream liners up.

That's what I did. Floorboards and moved pegs to the front. Those pegs are $$.

Yup....same here X3........moved them up front with the Chromed Billet mounts after adding the Streamliner Passenger boards.........now THOSE are expensive :D
 
When moving the streamliners forward are there any particular mounts that you guys prefer over the other?

I went with the Billet non adjustable mounts as I had these on my previous Road King......in hondsight I should have gone with the adjustable mounts :(
