My HD snowblower.

Here's the donor batwing. Found it at a cycle salvage yard about 35 miles away. Was hard to pay $40 for junk, but, WTH. Have some work to do. This is not an ABS plastic. This is the hard and thick type of plastic before the current type. Should be easy to epoxy or glass. Have to work out brackets and I'll need to re-engineer the shoot swivel. Will post more pics as I go.

Perfect color too unless you go with orange and don't for get the mirrors LOL I'm thinking a little rattle can touch up on the scuffed up side and your good.

Gotta go orange. I'll repair the fairing and paint it orange with some black trim of some sort. Mirrors are a must. Maybe fringes on the heated grips. Tall clear windshield also. My wife can make me vinyl decals so who knows what I'll come up with. Got a fair amount of work before we get there though.

Still a work in progress. Holidays, a funeral and heading out of town in a few days for a weeks vacation in Turks and Caicos has me a touch behind. Getting all the patching done.

Clamps are holding the mirror supports in while the glue dries.
It is primed now and ready for bracket measuring. Will get picks when I get back to work. My wife has a pretty good start on the fairing decal. Should be pretty sweet.

Thanks. Will post some pics when I get back. Only thing for sure is snorkeling and a horse back ride in and out of the ocean on the beach and some trails. No HD rentals though. Gonna have to find a sports channel down there though to watch the Pack woop Dallas.

A couple more pics. Have the brackets made. Now I have to get the head light frame mounted and drill holes for the mirrors and the snow shoot crank. Then I need to mount a rocker switch for the headlight. Finally, paint once the mock-up is done.
