I am picking up my 2013 Street Glide in September when I get back from deployment. After all the my expenses I will have $900 left over. What would you put on a stock Street Glide first with a $900 budget?

I would probably get a set of good mufflers or pipes do the bike is a little louder. You can get a good set of mufflers for 3-400. Full pipes are closer to 900.00 . Vance & Hines with a stage one upgrade really helps the engine performance and sounds great!
I would suggest you spend some time in the saddle before making the decision. The one thing that affected my ride experience and reduced the hours I could ride was the stock SG seat. For some the stock seat works fine and can ride 500+ mile days with no issue. For me, I could only go about 2 hours before I needed a break and had to stop.
If you are like me, buying a new seat, or having your stock seat modified (Mean City Cycles can fix you up at a very reasonable cost) will enhance your riding experience and allow much more time actually riding your new SG.
You also may find you need some other accessories, or modifications to ensure the bike is ergonomically matched to you, only time riding will tell this tale. Comfort first, style and performance follow.

I would say if you're going to keep it stock for awhile, get a set of headers, a stage1 air clreaner and a Vance & Hines Fuel pak. The Fuel pak works pretty good on this setup. If you want to change out your cams down the road you can upgrade for your ECM calibration.

Everyone thank you for all the input. A lot of people have told me to put some miles on the bike before changing anything. I think I'm going to take Cookie's advise and just ride for a while and keep saving. I know for sure that I want to get a set of Rinehart slip-ons or even the true duals but those might have to wait if I need to change something else first for comfort.
