New used 2012

First post, so I'll start out saying hello to all from central VA. Picked up a used 2012 FLHX back in June of 2013. Did a few things the first few months, but mainly racked up the miles. Added cruise and Hog Tunes. Now that winter has kicked in, started with more mods as it has been sitting a lot. Go a decent deal on a set of contrast Agitators, installed Chinese vented lowers from eBay, and a set of laser-cut heats shields. Waiting on a break in the weather to install Andrews 57H can, S&S lifters and quickie pushrods. Here are a few pics:

Thanks for the comment. The windshield is the X-Stream from Long Ride Shields. I love the way it looks on the bike. Have only ridden with it a couple times. Seems to distort vision as I look right through curves of the shield. Don't want to go any taller so I may have to go with different shield, but I will wait until I have more saddle time behind it.

I was thinking of getting a shield from them as well but decided like you to get a few more miles in first. I am using a 10 inch HD Windsplitter now but I still get a little bit of wind at the top of my helmet. Mine has distortion in it too but I can look over it no problem. Thinking maybe, just maybe on 11inch LRS Ultra model but that may be too tall. Just ride some more and I think I will figure out what I want to do. Thanks.

Great looking bike. The wheels really set it off. I had a6.5 Klockworks and it tool a little to get used to. I loved it after that..

Please tell us about the the Lowers, i.e. fit, extras needed, clamps etc. I've considered them to use for winter riding.
BTW, very pretty mike also!
