Aux/Passing Light Wiring Question. How to keep them on when switching to HIGH BEAM?

Hey guys. I finish the Daymaker headlight and Aux light install this evening. I was disappointed to realized just as they did on my old Road King, when I switch to High Beam, my aux/passing lights turn off. Does anyone know which wire I need to attach of the 4 that will keep the passing lights on at all times? There are 4 wires that connect. One blue turn signal wire, one violet turn signal wire, one black turn signal wire and one gray auxiliary lamp wire.

I know I need to run the gray aux wire to one of the other three, but which one?

Thanks.

Aux lights on with high beam is a software setting in the body control module. You need to ask your H-D dealer to change the setting.

I just got a daymaker and tried installing it on my '14 SGS and the wiring harness I bought in addition to the headlight only has one plug. The wiring from the bike has two plugs, high and low beam. Do I really need to cut strip and splice these wires?

No!!! The correct harness will directly plug into the main harness.. removing the stock harness. Im on my phone right now and cant link to my install thread. .. search for my name (Spazz) and daymaker install... all the info and pics are there. .. hit me up if you have questions... fyi... no need to remove outer fairing either

Oh, I was connecting the new harness to the old one... haha. So disconnect the old harness and the new one replaces it.

You need to learn how to use your phone.

Remove little short stock pitail first and then add the new one. Then the LED light plugs right into it.

Well... I may be a huge idiot. I can NOT install this trim ring back. The damn spring clips keep popping out and I just don't see how that top clip goes in.

Are the clips supposed to snap back behind the headlight? If so, the clip for the headlight seems to be in the way.

Install the trim ring with the metal tab just left of 12 oclock. Before you do... look at the tab at exactly 12 o'clock on the headlamp ring... its notch to accept the trim ring as a retaining lock...

Once you install the trim ring just left of 12 oclock, it will set all the way in... now twist it clockwise to lock the two together and install the trim ring screw at the 6 o'clock position
