image.jpg now it's smooth. Rode it home in the rain. Saddleing up in the mornin. I like where the torque.

Nice B now we want some feed back on how it runs for a while.

image.jpg I used this kit. Only thing is I used the tuner I had Screamin Eagle Super Tuner Pro. But by useing my tuner it does cover the warranty.

image.jpg this kit does not impact the bikes limited warranty..

I used this kit. With my tuner it was 200 cheaper and covered by warranty.

Here's the other turner kit.

Not trying to be picky, but the top photo shows the race kit which would void your warranty. The kit which includes the tuner is the race kit(no warranty). Just wondering what numbers to expect with the race kit as that is the one my dealer is installing right now. Still nice numbers.

I would expect above 110hp. But each DYNO machine is different. Don't know what to tell you about the numbers with the tuner from the race kit. I used the race kit, BUT with my tuner which is covered by my warranty.

This is my understanding of race vs street tuning. I may be wrong but this is what I believe to be true. The race tuner is intended to support racing duty cycles. What does that mean? It means sustained wide open throttle nearly all the time. That is how you race on a track.

That kind of duty cycle on the street will overheat a cat converter and possibly your engine (too high oil temperatures and or head temperatures). The street tuner will limit how long you can run at WOT and it will pull back on the power level. You also may load some poor fuel on the street that causes pinging, knocking or detonation. A street tuner from H-D watches for these kinds of issues and keeps you out of trouble. The race tuner assumes you always load good fuel, you are supposed to be racing after all.

The peak power available from both tuners will be the same. The air/fuel ratios are the same (about 12.8 at wide open throttle). You just won't be able to run full power sustained for minutes at a time with the street tuner. There are also features in street tuning for better control of emissions, better drive-ability, warm-up, smooth throttle response, etc.

Tom, I will say this about the 110 kit. It is worth it, definitely will need a strait open roadway when you crack down on the throttle. It gets on down the road.

Have lots of straight open road around here lol. Makes me want to try this kit but I will wait for a while to see how yours lasts.

My 2016 with the stage 5 kit, screaming eagle heavy breather, race tuner and cobra speedster duals came out at 112 hp and 115 ft lbs torque. The only down side I have noticed is that it is a little lacking under normal load leaving stop lights. If you are getting on it no problem but just limping off the line you can almost kill it. Outside that it is crazy fast.

2015 Streetglide stage V

2015 Streetglide stage V

I just got mine done. The Dyno numbers are similar. 113hp with 121ft lb torque. I'm using the TTS mastertune, Reinhart slimline headers/mufflers with Screaming Eagle heavy breather. The ride is awesome. It just pulls like a diesel and screams through the gears.

Hi All,
Had the tyre shredder kit fitted to my 2015 Streetglide Special innJanuary 2015. Noticed the difference straight away. Rode it for 1000KM and then had Eastern Big Twin(Melbourne Australia) tune it. Have to be easy on the throttle in the wet. In the dry, different story. Fun bike to ride. 116 HP and 119TQ.

I have VH power duals and SE slip ons. This bike now moves along quite smartly. Even two up. Great way to get plenty of power and still have factory warranty

I have the 110 tire shredder kit in my 14 street glide after it was installed the dealer put in a break in map and i was pretty impressed. Had almost 3,000 miles on it and something happened and it started bogging down when you hit the gas and lost lots of power was really bad bought it back to dealer they said map was a bad map which didn't make sense because I had 3,000 miles on it. they dynoed and tuned it it was better but still a slug brought it back to dealer again told the guy who tuned it to take it for a spin and he came back and said it felt good to him he made a adjustment to the throttle body through the tuner which was better still seemed sluggish they got 108 hp/ 116 tq . So I figured I just waisted $500 so I ended up bringing it to Dan thayer in corfu ny . He noticed my rcx powermax headers where cracked down by the collector and was leaking exaust and he replaced them and dyno tuned my bike and after fixing all the lean spots and lots of fixing the dealer so called tune got a 115hp/ 120tq and so far seems great haven't really got to ride it only about 60 miles home from his shop but it felt really good.
