Hey guys! So I have a few questions as I'm doing my first ever 12" apes on my 2010 street glide. I ordered the 12" meathook apes from a site, and now I need to find the correct cables and wire extensions needed to do this. I am doing it myself and I understand it's a decently long project to do. But first and foremost I need to know all the parts required to make this happen, and what brands or sites you guys have used for your extension kits. I went to HD dealership and they quoted me around $550 for the wire extensions and everything else.

NAMS is the brand and all you should need is a 35.00 extension and that's about it. I did a 2008 trike a couple weeks ago and that's all we needed. If you cut zip ties under the fairing you may be able to do it with out any extensions. Was the 550.00 for the install too ?
