I can't give you specifics on your 2007... I just did my 2nd set of 12" Yaffe Monkey Bars on a brothers 2012 SG.
As long as you do your research and find out what wire extensions you need and how to measure your brake/clutch for getting the proper length.... it's nothing more than disassemble, remove old bars, run wires into new bars and reassemble.
I'm not trying to make it sound super simplistic.... it took me 4 hours on each set of Yaffes I did.... and that was with no issues.
The only issues you may have that I didn't encounter is the replacement of brake and clutch lines. 12" is the max you can go on a 2014 without having to replace the lines.
Like I said... I don't know the specifics on the 2007's.... do your research and find out EXACTLY what's needed so you don't run into any surprises during the install.
