Brand new, only had it for a week, put 670 miles on it. Clutch lever "clicks" when shifting, brought it in, dealer says nothing is wrong with it. When the binge is hot, it will not shift into 2nd or lower and if I can get it into first after turning it off, it lunges and rolls with clutch pulled all the way in. And absolutely no friction zone! Bike is currently sitting in a trailer, waiting for dealer to open on Tuesday, but anyone have any ideas?

First of all, welcome to the forum.

I don't understand when you say "when the binge is hot", did you mean when the engine is hot?

Depending on the conditions you're riding in, a lot of stop and go, pulling that clutch lever in is going to stretch the cable. Check for free play where the cable meets the lever housing by pulling on it. There should only be one-sixteenth to one-eighth of an inch of free play there. More than that you may get that "clicking" The free play is adjusted on the right lower down tube.

This video shows how it is adjusted. Just remember that on our Street Glides the adjustment is done on the right side. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ZILUb8CWQ4k
