I personally ride with the Arlen Ness Modular Bagger Apes (link below) and cannot say enough great things about them. As a smaller rider (a whopping 5' 4") with narrow shoulders I had a heck of a time finding a set of bars that didn't kill both my wrists and neck/shoulders even on a short ride around town...I literally tried 3 different brands in addition to the OEM bars, all with the same issue.
Although it did take me a couple of rides to get the Ness Modular Apes dialed in to my liking, I can gladly say that I can now ride 600+ miles in one day without a single ounce of pain in my wrists and neck/shoulders. Being able to adjust the "elbows" on the bars to move the hand controls in / out made all the difference...not to mention how much easier this also made running the internal wiring.
That being said, since the Klock Werks Klip Hangers essentially allow you to make similar adjustments to the hand control area as the Modular Bagger Apes, I'm sure they would be just as good of a choice.
Lindsey, thanks for the input. Besides being able to swing the "elbows" forward and back. Can the grip portion rotate? My concern is some bars that you pull back, the controls start to rotate underneath and make them hard to reach.
