I'm looking at Mixed bags and fenders combo ( different manufacturers )
and was able to locate a few photos searching the forum. I kinda like the idea of the angled bags like Ness and others sell to help prevent dragging, and like the look of how the Bad Dad Summit fender hangs down lower then the bags.

Does anyone have a photo of an Bad-Dad Summit fender with Ness angle cut bags?
I can picture it in my mind BUT.
I'm looking for details on how the cut outs for the pipes meet "fender to bags "
Some combo's I have seen are way off and would require a lot of work to make look correct.

Thanks in advance guy's.

Unless you plan on leaning beyond the floor-boards, I don't think you'll have a problem dragging...unless you lower the bike and then all bets are off with any setup. I have stretched bags and I do a lot of leaning...and never drag the bags.
