Anyone had their FP3 tuned bike dyno'd?

I am just curious more than anything. I know the FP3 is a pretty popular item. Has anyone taken their bike in and ran it on a dyno after the FP3 has done its thing with tuning?

How was the AFR and what did the tq and hp lines look like?

I have thought about it, but most shops around here charge a fair amount for a dyno run only.... plus there are liabilities that some don't want to deal with.

I can't say how much a dyno-run would cost... but I would be interested to see it as well. my FP3 on my 14SGS made a WORLD of difference and didn't need a dyno to prove it to me.

If you are a 'numbers chaser'... not saying you are... the FP3 is not the BEST CHOICE over other tuners that require a dyno where they tinker with the tables several times to achieve top performance.

Curiosity sucks sometimes...LOL! I would do it with my 14SGS... but I'm not paying for it...

Gave up on chasing numbers a while ago. It wasn't worth the time. Plus, there is always someone out there that has more. lol My mild, out of the box "build" is plenty for me right now.

Maybe someone will catch a dyno day somewhere at a shop or event and I will get to see what the FP3 can do. I know there are many that are very happy with what it has done for their ride.

Curiosity does suck at times! ;)
 
Check with V&H support, they should have some good Dyno results to show you....

I did not see much gain from it when I change from True duals > 2 to 1 Pro Pipe on Dyno result sheet but world of different how the bike perform....very much equally distributed range of power which I am impressed. I lost 1HP before & after but gained Torque......but the shop that did my swap is checking to see if they can work with FP3 software on their Dyno computer so they can do better tune instead of using their phone.
