Anyone here with black rubber heated grips

Anyone here with black rubber heated grips Part Number 56100034 ? Thinking about putting these babies on my bike. I hope they are not like stock grips, like after sometime they wear out and become bald and slippery.

I got them put on in December, they are great. They are very similar to the stock grips but I don't know how they will hold up in the long run, they do seem a little thicker than the stock grips but I have been using ISO before these and ISO are bigger. I had them on my 15 FLD, and put them on my 17 SGS, really like them but also can't really make any comments about long term yet. They were o the FLD about 10K miles and didn't didn't wear much.

I have had them on for a few years. Nothing fancy- but they work.

I've had them on for 25,000 miles now- and they work flawlessly. Early on they stopped working and I noticed that the small, two- pronged piece that plugs into the end of the right side hand grip had slipped out, so I glued a small pencil eraser inside of the end cap to keep the piece in place- that was 25,000 miles ago. The grips do get some wear but have remained solid- I wear gloves all of he time. You won't have any problems with the grips wearing out.
