Good evening everyone! Let me start by saying thanks to everyone here. I'm learning a lot from everyone.

Ok, so I just got my bike back from the dyno. I ended up with 100.79 lb/ft and 84.28 HP. I'm running V&H power duals, MGS slip ons, SE HB Elite and an SE race tuner. I'm not sure if I should be excited by these numbers or not, Lol. Does anyone know what a typical stock bike produces at the rear wheel? I see on the Harley site that the Street Glide produces ~104 lb/ft which should be ~64 HP. I assume that's brake power and not at the wheel.

hey dreadhead

I just got back from dynoing my bike as well...we have a similar set up. We both posted similar posts haha I came back with 88.32 hp and 108.47 torque so we aren't too far off....it was cooler here today so that definitely helped. Check out my post that I posted earlier

First- your numbers are good. More importantly, in my opinion, is the smoothness of your line- that is good, solid, smooth, performance at all RPM ranges.
Enjoy.
How does it feel "in the seat?"

Ok, appreciate the feedback! I'll be honest, "in the seat" feels like I'd like more power (torque).

Hmmm, that seems like a pretty decent difference from mine but that could just be speaking from inexperience.
Out of curiosity, is there a correction for atmosphere, temp, etc? Is it that significant?

I'm also running the V&H power duals, but with V&H 4"blackout rounds, SE SUPER TINER, and SE air cleaner. Dyno' my power is just shy of yours, but the air is thick and humid here. I pulled 83.7 hp and 98.8 ft/lb ImageUploadedByTapatalk1431475158.410281.jpg
I'd say you are good.

My 15 SGS just got back from the dyno it made stock 70hp and 87tq uncorrected. After my mods it made 90hp and 106 tq. The bike is night and day different now with so much more power, and it no longer sounds like a sewing machine...LOL

Can you post a video of the bike running, so we can hear how it sounds with the cams?

LOL... Yeah I am hoping to get one this weekend, I have been so swamped with work. It was hard to find any videos with the slim line duals when I was looking for pipes..The woods cams though really wake the bike up from 2700 and up...

Here is my dyno numbers, I went with the woods that way when i upgrade to 107 or stage 4 I won't have to do cams again....Dyno sheet.jpg

LOL I apologize...I wrote dread head early, I meant dread sled haha typo....I feel you that you want more torque...I agree but I feel it's because the bike has become so much easier to ride and smoother that it feels like something is missing...the bike went from being real jerky especially in first and second gear but now the bike really feels like a comfortable touring bike that I wanted

Pbadasay, no worries, lol. I did think about that after Mandrew's comment and seeing a few other torque curves here. Perhaps the fact that it's so smooth doesn't give it that "arms being pulled out the socket by a wookie" feeling.

I meant that the lines are smooth- they don't have a bunch of dips and bumps in the middle of RPM range.
Your torque line is not flat- it looks like it has a good arch that peaks in a good regular riding range (between 3500-4000) and not at redline range. I'm not a pro dyno tune guy, but your arch from start to peak looks good--- but, the way it feels to you is far more important than how the paper looks to me.

By the way Mandrew, I'm moving to Leavenworth in about 40 days!
