Battery Tender Jr

So I have a Battery Tender Jr that I use to keep my battery maintained.
I went to plug it in the other day but the charging light just kept blinking red ( battery not charging).
Does anyone know if the plug that came on my bike has a fuse on it.
I tried to trace it but didn't see a fuse anywhere.
Or is my battery toast?

The red flashing light indicates ac power is connected to charger. My bikes pigtail connection does have a fuse. Can you put a voltmeter on your bikes tender connection to see if its 12 volts. Try and hook tender up directly to car battery to see if it charges. I've had tenders go bad.

It works on my RZR.
I'll have to trace the pigtail and see if I can find the fuse.
