BoomBox 6.5 Display

The last 2 weeks I have had issue with the display coming on when I turn my 2014 SGS on. Display appears after I get about 5 miles down the road and then I have no other issues with it, till I turn my bike off and leave it for about an hour. When I come back and turn it back on same thing happens. Of course I can never get this to happen when I am at HD, so I have to keep struggling along until I guess it just completly goes out.

Does it have the latest software downloaded?

Also turn off the auto dim feature. My bet it keeps thinking its dark out and dims the display and you can't see it in the day time. Mine did the same thing. I don't know where the sensor is to make sure its not blocked.

One thing I might add, it only started when we started having high 90 degree days with heat index over a 100.

Mine does it to when it's hot and humid
