I updated my boombox software to the latest version a while back. and I just noticed that if I try to skip a song it goes to the favorite.

I am running an iPod with the USB connector. Anybody else having this issue?

I also don't like the fact that you cant delete the favorites once they are in there. I don't want to start a bash the boombox thread. I overall like mine.

Thank all!!

How are you skipping the song? I was using the button on the left handlebar. My main issue was the IPod locking up (may just be an old IPod). So I now have a 16 gig flashdrive full of music.

I have 2 I pods I use a new one and an old one and there is a difference. The new IPOD works really good but the older one has some glitches. The old one you can't even update but has some really good music so I keep it around. I only hook up my phone once in while because I forgot the iPods.

You may want to try another Ipod or a jump drive with some music and see if that's where your problem is.

The memory inside the older iPods was more sluggish in performance than what's available now. Skipping was common on some models. I also made a difference in what format the file was saved in in some cases.

There is a program call sharepod that you can get that allows you to save your Ipod's music back to the computer even a different computer from the one that you loaded the songs to the Ipod from.
