Bought Fangs, need torque specs ( and a manual )

Two Questions...

Question 1: Bought some fangs and wanna install them tonight. Does anyone have the torque specs for the two sets of bolts?

Question 2: Is there a Clymer or Haynes or HD service manual to be had anywhere? I can't find jack sh1t.
