This is a C&C Seat that I ordered for my '12 CVO Street Glide that I have used about 5-6 times. The seat is black Mercedes leather with a darker orange thread, comes with backrest with matching leather and thread. I spoke with C&C and the seat with fit '08 to current year Road King, FLHX, Road Glide, Electra, Ultra, Street Glide, and CVO bikes. The seat is in perfect condition, and the work that C&C puts into their seats are amazing. New the seat is over $600.
