I just received a call from my dealer. They need to replace the clutch master cylinder on my 2014 Street Glide. Bike was built after the recall and has the "replacement" parts. The bad news is the part is on back order. With the Holiday coming up, I'm really bummed out. Dealer is trying to get the part from another dealer but I'm not holding my breath.

I have searched the forums and haven't found anyone else with this problem. Seems odd that I'm the only one if the part is on back order. Anyone else having post recall clutch issues?

I haven't heard of this either, personally I would ride it unless you are experiencing problems. no one I know has been told this on a 2014 Touring bike.

Interesting... I haven't heard of any either... I would ride it as well....unless you notice a problem.

Sorry- I didn't understand fully your first post. So it sounds like your MC is a defective part. At least its under warranty, too bad about the turn around time and holiday coming up.

It can't be ridden. Clutch will not disengage. Dealer has my bike waiting for a new master cylinder.

Well that sucks....I would get them to compensate for NOT having a ride. IT COULD BE YOUR ONLY TRANSPORTATION, ya know....

See if they would let you upgrade to the chrome set for just a bit more. I would love to be able to do that. Thats next up on my list of upgrades
