Cool Flow Fan

I was wondering if anyone has a cool flow fan on his/her bike and, if so, has it made a real difference in the summer? I got my bike September 30, so I haven't really ridden it in hot weather yet. Any thoughts?

Haven’t heard of many people using that. There’s much better cooling fans but they’re after market. Check out LoveJugs cooling fans. They have a website with bunch of videos and tests. I’ve heard a bunch of dudes rave about them.

I have Love Jugs and fans work very well as intended for, just a friendly warning on dealing with owner Steve, he is old and very much forgetful so if you deal with him directly make sure everything is in writing or you'll have to repeat things to him several times to get things straight. Or better yet, just go directly to their website and order it.

I live in AZ so I also have UltraCool oil cooler to help cool my bike....

I have it on my bike and it works terrific. Doesn't cool motor but pulls hot air around motor down away from you.

So it works better at keeping the driver cool than the motor?

Yes, the Harley Cool Flow Fan is designed to keep the rider and passenger cooler.

I guess were talking about two separate issues here..motor cooling and people cooling.

I hope no one take it the wrong way, if rider is looking for a bike that will keep them cool Harley is the wrong bike to go with unless you live in much colder climate.

And if you must have Harley and still want the heat to be less then one can get catless head pipes (everyone (almost) upgrade their exhaust from OEM anyway) and Cool Flow fan (if it really works as some folks are saying) to reduce the heat to rider.
