I've never had to use the extended warranty that I purchased when I bought my used '12 Glide back in September. I just happened to be a dealership one day and I politely asked for as brochure of hats covered. You would've thought I was asking to meet JC himself. Wow. I got the brochure. I wanted to see if my gauges are covered. They are. My volt gauge is starting to et condensation inside lens on mornings below 40*. I'd like to know if they are going to charge me a fee if I ask to have gauge replaced. Seeing how gauge is a covered part. Anybody else ever get charged a fee for warranty work?

I've never been charged anything for any warranty work, and I had my Sporty in there about 6 times within 6 months for something different each time... (I wonder why I traded it for my SG...?)

I have never been charged for Harley "In Warranty" work. I have heard of a $50 charge for each occurrence on Extended Warranties for Automobiles.

My extended warranty (years 3-5) states a $50 deductible.......no deductible in the first 2 years of the factory warranty. The Harley Davidson extended warranty is actually an extended warranty with a 3rd party Harley Davidson branded company.

Thanks all. Thanks for jogging my memory because now I do remember being told of a $50 deductible each warranty service.
Duh me....brain frazzled at work....
Ty again!
