Had to post this reminder if you haven't seen it.

"These pictures come from a friend of a friend. His father was riding his bike and pulled up to an intersection and stopped for the light. I think you can figure out what happened next. Please don't be as selfish as this ******* was."

You gotta ride like you're invisible, because to the cagers, you are

I've ordered the Custom Dynamics LED Taillights and Plasma rods. Others had good results and much brighter.

Now that right there is some nasty $HI+
Hope he is OK.

In the day certain bikers (no names available) would carry steelies (loose ball bearings) in the left pocket of their jacket. If a cage was too close and not backing off or hassling them a handful of steelies bounced off the pavement beside the bike went a long way tie at promoting proper following distance. Course I don't promote this behavior as it could tend to ramp up ill feelings.
Visibility is KING. All the lighting we can throw off the back is sometimes not enough for inattentive or stupid drivers. You just can't fix stupid

Hope he is OK. When i first picked my ride up i only had the 2 signal as my lights. 2nd day riding it i had a cager just about rear end me to at a set of lights. Good thing i seen him coming and pulled ahead enough into the intersection for him to stop or my bike may have look liked that too. Now i put LED Bulbs in and Installed the lights on the tourpack. But this winter i am upgrading to the Custom Dynamics with plasma rods. I should be bright enough for them to see then.

I hope he survived, but looking at the bike I'd say it was a miracle if he did. I've taken a lot of advanced driving courses for work, MSF and MSF instructor course, and my motto no matter what I'm driving is "ride like everyone else is trying to kill you." Never let your guard down, watch 360 degrees, watch your mirrors when you stop and always look for a way out when stopped. With the way people drive now days, texting, cell phones, eating, etc, you just can't let your guard down for a second.

Wow I hope he is ok. That is a really messed up bike makes you wonder what people are thinking about. And as Blues has already stated you just can't help stupid.

This same thing happened to a friend of mine in Reno, only the girl that hit him was texting and hit him at a red light at about 50 mph. They say he flew about 20 ft. in the air and about 30 yards across the intersection. He did survive, but will never be the same. He spent almost 7 months I the hospital.

I did Custom Dynamics all the way around plus Daymaker and Plasma Rods! You CAN see me now!
