I shoot pool with a guy that works at the York PA Harley plant, and he did say its not a very good place to work anymore. A lot of part time employees that don't care to much about their job because the company doesn't care about them. Part time but still have to pay union dues.

Somtron- that can be said for more and more companies today as shareholder returns are more important. Dell Computers here has the same symptoms. However, I'm a firm believer in positive attitudes dictating personal happiness. If the job is causing health related issues, it's best to move onto new opportunities. They are out there but folks have to look for them.
