Great! Mine are still in the box. I did down load the app and register on their web site. So far so good.

Being a perfectionist, I found some black 5 gram stick-on wheel weights. I'll put one on each side of center opposite to the FOBO which weighs 10 grams.

Dang Hulkss! That's a great idea I had not thought of ! ! ! I'll be doing the same . . . as soon as I find the weights but not before I test these first to make sure I could recommend them to all our SGF folks.

I really like mine. They give tire pressure and current temperature. It's interesting to see how much the temperature is effecting the pressure! For example, when leaving for work it's been around 32 degrees and the pressure reading is at 38 psi. At noontime, it's been warming up to about 45 degrees and the pressure is at 40 psi. When I get home from work and it is 56 degrees, the psi is 42 rear, 40 front, as I set it up originally. Appears to be working as expected.

Ok I am going to ask a stupid question. What is the need for the weights with putting these on??? I am guessing to offset the additional weight of each FOBO unit.

Once I change tires I am eliminating the wheel weights and putting in dynabeads like I have on my prior ride for the last 5 years.

Sounds good !

Yes, that is correct.

If you are a believer in Dyna Beads then you have no need for wheel weights or to be concerned about the FOBO added mass.

I'm a believer in the use of dynamic spin balancing machines and the addition of mass (balance weights) to correct imbalance of tire/wheel assemblies.

Makes sense....thank you appreciate the information!
