Whats up. New guy from Ft Gordon, GA. Been riding for a couple years finally grabbing a new SG this week. Gonna go ahead and throw some 12" mini apes and 21" RC wheels on it. It was a though choice trying to pick between red and black paint jobs but I finally decided I would go with the red. Well hope to meet others on this forum and get some advice from time to time.

Congrats on your new Street Glide and welcome to the forum. Keep in mind that when you upgrade to the 21" front wheel you will want to lower the front of the bike so that the rake / trail are in check otherwise you run the risk of having an ill-handling bike. I recently did this on my Street Glide along with an 18x5.5" rear...ended up lowering the rear 1" and the front 1-1/2". Gave it a very nice stance and it handles great.

Enjoy the new ride!

Not to say your wrong IronAces, but I installed a 21 and lowered just my rear 1 1/2. I feel no difference. Only thing is when i ride 2up it seems like my rear suspension is bottoming out. I weigh 330lbs and the girl weighs 100lbs. You ever had a similar problem?

I was planning to drop the front 1" but looking more into it looks like I will go ahead and drop the front and rear.

Welcome from Norcal.....I went with Yaffe 12" black and they are about perfect for me at 6' 2".
