I have (2) sets of speakers for sale. The HERT MLK's were never installed and have never had power to them. I ended up going in a different direction so they are up for sale.

Are those hertz speakers waterproof?

They are not the Marine grade referred to on the Hertz website. There are several over on the HD forums that have run these with no issues for years, also there are several here on this forum that are running these with no issues. You could always pick a can of Scotchgard Heavy Duty Water Repelling Shield at wally world. I know of some of the Victory guys even running these and have not heard of any issues.
