So I have a 2013 Street glide with 11500 miles on it. The only engine mods I have are Rinehart extreme tru duals, screaming eagle intake and a PCV. Just the other day when I turn my bike to ignition my bike whines like normal to pressurizes but then you hear it click and start over. It will do it a couple times to a few times and sometimes just the once like normal. Any ideas on what this could be? I was thinking that it just isn't pressurizing but it starts fine. Let me know if you have any ideas

Possibly a bad fuel pump relay. Have you checked any diagnostic codes?
If it's not electrical in nature then the fuel pump may not be holding its prime which could be the result of a bad fuel pressure regulator or fuel pump going bad.
All just guesses of course. Might want to call your HD dealer and talk to the boys in the shop. Maybe they will be able to see identify the issue based on the xperience.
