Gerbing controller acting up

I’m on my way to Death Valley NP. Riding thru OR weather is really bad. Had to ride yesterday thru cold, rain, hail and lil bit of sun. Stopped to put up my gerbing heated gear. For some reason the light on controller just kept blinking and no heat. After several stops and tries it only works when I turn the knob to full heat. If I turn the knob to low heat light starts to flicker with no heat. Not sure what’s going on. I’m ready to leave here and have to ride 700 miles today. Most of it is going to be in cold. Really hope heated gear works.

When working it’s amazing thing. Even when it’s 30 or below, I couldn’t feel the freeze and am very comfortable and cud ride for days. Lol.

Anyone go thru same thing with gerbing or any other controller here. Thank you.

you need to re sync. Don't remember exactly the procedure but that happened to me and I actually called Warm and Safe who I had just bought some gloves from and they walked me through it. I think I remember I had to turn on and off 3 times till lights start blinking fast then plug in receiver and turn on. Been working fine since.
