OK, was able to spend a little time here in Panama and stopped in at the dealership in Panama City. They had a decent selection of bikes, a Yellow CVO Street Glide and some used bikes. Bike prices here are comparable to the US, they actually try to be competitive with Florida and the 2014 Black Street Glide they have is priced at 18K. So here's the pictures, last one is the cool shirt I bought.

I talked to the sales guy, he said they have prices close to the US because it's easy to just bring a bike down from Florida so to avoid that they price competitively and do good business. I was pretty surprised how friendly they were, Panama as a whole has a serious customer service problem in that I don't think they understand it. You go to a restaurant and it takes forever to even get a water, then 15 more minutes to take your order and no asking if you'd like a beer or appetizer, they just kind of look at you like they are zombies and walk away.
