I recently purchased this seat and want to leave a couple comments for anyone considering them.
I will say that I don't have thousands of miles on this seat yet so I can't speak to the reliability.
What I did not realize until recently, hd has put out two versions of this seat and did not change the name.
The original verision was a manual air pump and I believe the current version has a compressor in the seat.
Anyways I deliberatly purchased the original manual pump version that is partially cloth covered, the newer version is all leather.
I love the cloth and I like the fact that it is manual and has less parts that could potentially stop working.
The feel for my passenger and I is great, nice flat seating position for my passenger.
I am 6 foot and the seating position is really good for me with or without a passenger.
Anyways, that is just my 0.02
