Do they scrape a lot?

I put the Jac-Knifes on mine. I like them quite a bit. They are much more solid that the Kuryakyn ones and they do not flex. Nic at Imtnebraska.com makes them and is a great guy to work with.

I just bought the passenger footboards and now intend to use the pegs I took out as highway pegs.
To do this, I need to purchase the mounts but have a doubt on the measure of the 14 FLHX engine guard. Is it 1 1/4?

Yes. If you buy standard HD mounts the will fit
