So I may have to put my sled up for a couple of years. I currently use Stability 360 Marine with every fill up. I plan on jacking the bike up so the wheels are off the ground and plugging in the tender. I also plan on draining the gas tank and leaving it open so as to air dry in the basement. What do I do about fuel "in" the motor and is there anything special I need to do prior to putting her back on the road?

I just had this conversation with my buddy the other day. He told me he used a sealer on his Suzuki GSXR-1000 gas tank after he had cut a section out of it to clear his turbo plumbing and welded in a new plate. I also have another buddy with an 08 Suzuki GSXR-1000 that sat for a couple of years and the fuel tank developed rust inside. He ended up towing it to the dealer, where they sealed the tank and replaced the fuel pump sock filter to get him back up and running. However, if this were me, I would ask a close friend whom I could trust, to start my bike weekly and/or ride it for me to keep the fluids circulating.
