Media is Gone...

I paired my Samsung Galaxy 4 at the dealer when I got the bike this week.
As I was playing the radio and learning it, I notice MEDIA is grayed out. Can't access it ! phone Bluetooth can't access/pair with it.
When I access COM, there is nothing under it.

Is there a way to Fix this ? Or is this is "Professional" Harley "Audio" Engineer question ? ha

CrBear, try re-pairing your, make sure your phone, in settings, bluetooth, "on", scan or see devices available to pair with.

on bike:
Verify that the phone has been paired and connected. See
USER SETTINGS, Bluetooth Setup.
2. Go to Home screen.
3. Select Com.
4. Select Phone.
5. scan
add new device, enter pin displayed

Yeah the phone is correct and pairs to truck and others.. fails trying to pair to HD Radio.
I deleted and tried to re-sync a new HD Radio but radio just isn't responding.
Wonder if there is a way to factory reset it ?

CrBear, if you your HD screen is not populating a selection for Phone, CB, Intercom- under the COM tab selection. you may have bigger issues. do you have the 4.3 Boom? or 6.5 Boom?

6.5 Boom.. No worries, I can always hold the phone of to my ear as Pandora's playing.. ha
The radio has been good. I'll call Harley tomorrow and see what they say..

lol, that's one way to do it.

Fixed.. somehow Bluetooth got disabled.. Enabled and working fine.
