missing ?

I noticed this a while back but not sure if it's mising or if it's just different from the two outside locations ?

Three top bolts that holds the front fairing on as well as the shield, outside two locations have the brass fitting the center one doesn't ?
Is the center missing the part or it doesnt use the same as the two outside ?

All 3 of mine have the brass part, I would say yours is missing. I think you can get another from HD, superglue it back in maybe?

I figured it was missing just wanted to make sure prior to taking it in.
Its a 16 so will have a dealer replace it under warranty.
That and my horn that isnt working correctly

I could be wrong, but I think those brass fittings are pressed in, I've seen a few guys post about them coming out. Free warranty work is always good.

Center bolt is longer and has hidden bolt. If you hand thread it in and it grabs, go ahead and slightly tighten it's good to go. Do not over tighten any of the 3 bolts!

The center bolt will still tighten down.
That piece has been missing for a while.
about to have 20K mile service done and figured i would have that replaced to then.
