My Amazon Music app worked one time?

Hello,

I have the Amazon Music app, not the "prime" version. One time while on my 2015 SGS, I was able to access the Music app.
I cant recall if I had the phone plug in or BT on or both....

Well, since I have not be able to get it to function??

If anyone can offer their input as to how, why it worked once and even at all.
