Finally my new bike just got delivered.

Unfortunately I've dinged it already. We are experiencing really high winds here in Scotland and a board blew off the wall and hit the side of the bike while standing talking to the guy that delivered it. Gutted. Luckily its a tiny little chip just beside the key hole on the right pannier.

I'll put some decent photos up once the weather changes and I can take it out the garage.

Its a Charcoal Denim with V&H pipes.

I'm registering it in march so I can't even ride it yet.

Nice bike that flat gray really is a good color. Sorry to hear about your scratch but that's your first so it's out of the way now.

Nice Bike - Was just in Ireland, hope to get to Scotland next!! Welcome in from Kentucky

Thanks guys yeah I'm glad I went for the charcoal denim. It doesn't seem as flat as the denim black version. Its a wee bit different which I like.

I'm sure I'll get plenty more wee scratches and chips just means its being used.

Congrats. I am waiting on mine this week or next so I know how you felt. Ride safe.

We're glad for you, thanks for sharing and welcome to SGF!

Great pick on color. If it had been out when I bought a Rushmore model, it would have been the one. i love looking at it in person. It looks like molded clay. It's a beauty.

Thanks guys. I managed to take it out the garage today and start her up. She sounds amazing.

Congratulations on a beautiful bike. Sorry to hear about the ding, I know your heart must have fell to the floor.
I know a guy.....every time he buys a new pickup truck he takes a concrete block to the dealership and throws it in the bed of the new truck. People look at him like he's nuts....and he says, Now I got the scratch out of the way I can enjoy it. So, enjoy your new ride.

Welcome from a fellow Scot....never thought I'd like those pipes on a glide but it looks really good. Enjoy her and the wealth of knowledge on this great site of ours.

Cheers guys I'm over the ding. Nothing I can do about it now so no biggy.

Edinburgh HD said they hadn't seen them on a glide before and werent sure they would work but I think they look great and sound amazing.

Sweet looking bike. My buddy has a Softail Slim in that color, and the pics don't do it justice. I was never a fan of the radius pipes, but those really look good. I bet they just roar as well.

They sound amazing. I had to put loud pipes on it as I had a Street Bob before this and it was very loud.

I love the colour, can't wait to see it in the sun shine. Actually I can't wait to see the sunshine. The weather here in Scotland is wild at the moment.
