So I was thinking about adding bag guards to my 14 SG. But H.D. doesn't make them or the filler strips for SG and SGS, do you think that H.D. may offer some now and it may be in the new catalog coming out towards the end of the month? Or is it due to the way the rear fender skirt ect. is made?

Are you talking about the bag guards that wrap horizonally around the bags, or the ones that are forward of the bags?
HD definitely has saddlebag guards for 2014 streeetglides- I have them on my bike.

They definitely make the ones forward of the bags. I just ordered a set.

Sorry, I obviously wasn't thinking, the horizontal bag guards that wrap around the bag itself. I have the the bag guards that are like the engine guards on already I had them put on before the bike left the shop.

They make the full bag guard, or someone does, I saw them last week. Wasn't a fan.
