Passing lamp install 2018 SGS

Very confused as to what I need to install passing lights on my 18 SGS. This much I know. Im looking at the 3 lamp black led hogworkz setup. Im also going to buy the HD black passing light/turn signal mounts. Do I then need some kind of wiring kit for the install? It looks like some buy a switch/wiring kit and other say the 14s and newer are prewired for the lights and are basically plug and play. Still others say to tap them into the headlight and I’ve also even seen some say tap them into the turn signals. The guys at my local HD shop are clueless. Thanks all.

I bought the passing lamp kit from Surdyke on line, came with everything but the bulbs, got them from Hogworks, the switch was included and plug and play with the 3 connector pin they give you that you use on both sides instead of the 2 pin connector, check them out, then went to HD dealer and had bike flashed so they stay on when using the high beams. 2019 Street Glide Special.

Awesome! Thats exactly what I was hoping for. How do you like the Hogworkz setup? Im assuming you bought the all black kit? By chance do you have any pics?

I had these on my 2014 street glide, swapped them over to my 2019 Street Glide CVO, one of the bulbs went bad & I didn't want to pay $400 at Harley so I bought these from Amazon .These are just as bright as the Harley ones as far as I can see.

Mine didn't come with turn signal lights so I swapped over the turn signal lights to the AUX setup. Yes I did have the Harley Dealer flash it so that the switch turns the light on or off no matter weather you are on low or High beam

Yep bought black ones, even the black headlight, that made a huge difference from stock, no pic's right now.
