So, any one know how we do this?

Lots of reports might give a little more encouragement to fix these problems.

My guess.......they don't want to hear it

To speak with a Harley-Davidson customer care representative call 1-800-258-2464 or (414) 343-4056.
Representatives are available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST).

They are unable to receive e-mail at this time.

So I know I come off like a basher and that's not really true I'm more of an Ex "Corporate Weinie" and I am just jaded as a result.

The sorry fact however is that the much bigger issues are with the primary design of the interface....the user experience, candidly it just sucks and no amount of talking to a technician will fix this....these guys are only there to help you make the current crummy design work as it was initially designed to work,,,,,they are NOT there to listen to issues and feedback on how to make it better.......what Harley really needs is a "Rushmore" like initiative to address just how they can redesign the entire system to reduce the number of inputs per activity and make it much more user friendly.....not just make the current system work like it was designed....the issue IMO is design and not functionality.......in our group of 7 bikes the 3 with new bikes all refer to the Infotainment system as the POS system.....just to save energy :D

Paul,

I think that's funny, and sad but true. I'm happy as can be with the bike itself, however right from day one I had issues with my radio (long story) and finally ended up getting it replaced under warranty but it was like squeezing water out of a rock. HD Customer Care was a complete waste of time, they didn't seem to care or even want to help. I equate this radio with the POS that GM put into my Corvette, I've seen radio/NAV systems in cheap cars that were 10 times better. It's almost as if they spent all the time designing the bike and then at the last minute someone remembered they need to throw a radio in. Would it stop me from buying another bike? Absolutely not, but as soon as someone makes an aftermarket radio I'm tossing this one.

X2
I'm still trying to have my radio replaced.

Guys- I've posted this before;
Harley did not develop this package. It's an off the shelf software product created in a foreign country that is somewhat customizable with no POST SUPPORT! Harley wasn't the only sucker who bought this, Ford and Audi are among the others. Unless/until Harley assigns some computer software guys to work on this we may just be stuck. Other than the radio (Which I barely use now) I love the bike!!

Interestingly, one of the MAJOR reasons I bought the 2014 is because I drank the "Infotainment Koolaid"! :confused:

Yup me too....and all my friends now affectionately refer to the Infotainment system as the "POS radio" :D

Same here, but overall I'm happy with the bike.
