Rushmore primary noise.

Have a slight, intermittent, but noticeable chug/chatter in the primary at idle, clutch in or out. Nothing at speed. Tech thought maybe the comp needed the shim kit installed. They finished up and noise is still there. Said all looked good and nothing out of place. Another dealer told me it was the SE comp that is now being used on the Rushmore bikes and it's not unusual. Mmmmm. Doesn't help me understand what, why and how. Had it from new on and I'm at 1,900 miles now.
Any of you guys notice this on your bikes?

I just did a quick search of the archives here "noisy primary" and found a couple of posts. Seems folks who use HD Synth 3 are the ones having noise issues.
Other than that the only thing I can think of is that a part might be out of tolerance. I have not heard of any issues In my riding area
