Sony XAV-AX7000 head unit for SG

Has anyone installed Sony XAV-AX7000 and how are they liking it. Does it have enough power to push Fosgate 6.5" and 6x9" speakers? It has 400watt amp built-in so I am wondering how it'll sound without adding an amp with it....????

Chaderick has (or an earlier version) and it's waaay cooler than either Boombox unit.

Wow, how did he get that lucky and got one already? I am getting mine next week, Fathead is shipping out the end of October and a lot of the shops don't have any info on them yet.

I wonder if built-in 400watt amp will produce enough power to Fosgate 6.5" and 6x9" speakers without additional amp...I will find out soon enough when it's being install by a shop next week.

I have listened to Chadericks and his sounds good it's a Sony but not sure which model. I know he is running amps with his system. His is a couple years old so could be the head unit is different model. Is this new head unit just being released ???

Yes, it actually have not reached stereo shops yet, most of the people seen it at the shows only.

Will do, I know with 6x9" I can't expect too much bass nevertheless, it'll be a huge improvement over 2 x 6.5" speakers I have now.
