Speaker and amp upgrade-need some input

Hey guys. I have some questions that need some clearing up for me. First off, I have a '14 Glide (base), and I have installed a set of new front speakers. Alpine Type R 6.5" and I will also be installing a new amp- JL Audio HX280/4. Now here are my questions:

-Since there is only two rear outputs on the stock radio and the main harness, what kind of pigtail or adapter do I need for my amp to plug into the stock radio?

-Second, will I need to have the new install re-flashed from HD?

you won't need a radio flash but you will need some type of plug-in wiring harness so that you don't cut up your stock harness ,,,,, this is one good choice for that from J&M http://www.jmcorp.com/ProductDetail.asp?ProductID=JAWH-HSGU14-2CH ,,,,

I would recommend J&m harness I just installed my J&m amp over the weekend and it came with all plug n play wire harness needed. I was easy and worked great, to J&m for making a great kit.
