Throttle by wire question

I have a 2019 Street Glide and am looking at changing out the bars for taller bars. Does the 2019 model have throttle by wire? I have read that some bars will not work with throttle by wire

Plenty of bars out there for fly by wire. Just did my 19 Street Glide this week, went with LA Choppers Twin Peaks 12 inch. Only bought extensions for handlebar controls, fly by wire and stock cables were long enough with some rerouting. I went to my local dealer and they had 4 street glides on the floor with 4 different bars.
