TIG vs MIG

Hey all

I am gutting my cat today and I have read many post that talk about TIG welding the header back together afterwards.
I have access to a MIG welder but if it's that important that it be TIG welded I can have it done.
Just wanted to hear everyone's thoughts on the matter.

Mig welding is fine.....it's all covered by the heat shields.
