Im trying to find a decent back rest (prefer it to be black not chrome) for my girlfriend, I have a 2014 SG. I've looked around everywhere and the only one I can find that looks decent is from Harley part # 54247-09 and part # 52924-98B combo. I was wondering what y'all have and what is aftermarket out there that is similar. Thank you in advance.

HD makes 3 different sizes (heights) I run with the lowest (for looks) IMHO :)

Bluebowtie, has anyone ridden with you using that? If so have they said anything about it? How much?

So when I bought this setup I wanted the short but also wanted the Ol lady to be comfortable. So I asked the parts guy what's the difference between the short sissybar and the standard he said 2". He then said Guys that are going for the look buy the short. Guys the don't want to listen to the rider complain buy the standard. So I bought the standard. LOL I have $260 in to the sissybar and stitched backrest pad. Make a offer. I bought it from Kutter HD 3 weeks ago. Ol lady has yet to ride with it on.

Did the OP message you about this sissy bar setup? Did you sell it? I am looking for one also and may be interested if price is right..although with it being new I doubt price dropped much. :)

No thanks I'm gonna keep it. The Nelson Riggs King tail bag I bought won't work with the short sissy bar.
