I have a 2014 Streetglide. A couple of weeks ago I was behind a dump truck and a car that came together. I had to lay the bike down and the right side hard saddle bag and the engine guard took a lot of the damage. ( header and slipon as well). I was able to order the saddle bag bottom (part # 90201060DH) and replaced it but I am not sure what to do with the old damaged one. I really do not want to dump it in the landfill. Does anybody have a recommendation as what to do with the damaged saddle bag bottom? Thanks

If you would like to recycle the damaged saddlebag, you might consider cutting it into smaller pieces and depositing it in one of the plastic recycling bins that are commonly seen around town.

Thanks. Don't know what I was thinking. :-( Guess my head was somewhere else. For some reason I had it in my head they were fiberglass. DOH! I think i need to go back to bed for a couple of days. Thanks.

Well I guess a guy could use it for a garbage can or maybe put some ice and beer in it.
