Hello all,

Looking for advice regarding where to mount ez-pass on my 14 Street Glide ?

Anyone have any mount they recommend or just mount it with velcro to windshield?

Thanks for your time,
Chris

Chris- I can't help you with this one, I'm blessed to live in a state w/o toll roads. If I did use one, I'd want it to be mounted removable though. BTW, I have about 4-5 more poker chips for you - PM me your address again!

I mount mine in on the inside lid of the saddlebag. If you are sitting on the bike the left one. Works great there plus it won't get stolen.

I haven't mounted mine yet, but when I picked it up they told me I could mount it inside the saddlebag.

I put mine in my fairing bag. Works great and it's hidden.

Im surprised that the ez pass tag can read through the saddlebag lid - thats awesome if that works - I will definately give that a try !

Thanks guys,
Chris

Trying to decide if I should get one..I do travel through Ohio...Pennsylvania and other states with it, but want to have it easy to move from bike to car.

Here in Florida I just add the bikes licence plate to the pass and ride without it. If the get a pic they will just match the plate and take it out of the pass. Most of the time I ride the center line to bypass the camera shot, then no toll at all.

That's exactly what I was referring to.

There's this one toll plaza that I am unable to avoid, so it snaps a picture of the plate and charges me that way. All the other ones I can split the trigger pads and not get charged at all.

I've tried mounting mine in the saddlebag and the little compartment in the fairing. Here in NJ and PA, it doesn't register in either of those places. So I Velcro it to inside of my windscreen and take it down when not needed.

In IL I'm not sure why I even bothered to get one... The bike does not trigger the toll at all...

But I have it inside my bag lid in case... Garage door opener under the other one...
