Which Management System?

I have a 2006 SG that I just purchased in March. It has a SE race tuner part# 32107-01D in it, but I did not get any of the cables with it. The dealer is trying to get the cables for me but the original owner says he cannot find them.
I am considering some future mods that will require tuning. The dealer has said if the original owner does not find the cables that he will sell me the same tuner at a substantial discount (no numbers mentioned). My question is should I go with the same tuner or look for something I can modify the tunes myself or use some sort of auto tune?

The cables are a separate part number which sells separate from the tuner so why won't the dealer sell you a set of cables for a discounted price?

Bowman- (IMHO)- I'd go with a different tuner. Reason is, many times you make changes, you'll have to take it in for deler to remap. I have the same tuner and am pretty much done (and pleased) with mine but if I ever did another- I'd do an aftermarket tuner like the V&H FP3. They can accommodate changes for you.

I would look into the Power Vision, take to Jamie with Fuel Moto he will take care of you. My buddy just bought a '12 ultra that had a HD tuner on it, but the pervious owner never brought the tuner to the dealer where he bought it from so after talking to Jamie we ended up buying another license for my Power Vision to put the correct tune on his.

Yes- Fuel Moto knows their stuff and everyone that uses them has been well pleased.

I'm using the Road Tech zumo Handlebar Mount Kit-76000192A had it on the left side normal installation side when I had the stock bars as it turns up. When I put on my 12" apes I swapped it to the right side so it turned down and not sticking up over the fairing. Got it used off of ebay for about 1/2 price. Had to mod it a bit to attach it but the screws all line up.

Thunder Max Auto tuner is the best out there...you will pay for it..but remember you get what you pay for...
