I've about had it with Custom Dynamics lighting. In another thread I posted about installing their turn signal kit for my '13 SG. Well, after install I had radio interference on FM. So, I just got done moving the ground for the signal stabilizer to the frame ground as their instructions say to do. No help at all. How can some of you guys be running this garbage and not have all the static when the signals blink? My bike is stock electrically. Still waiting on CDs fix for the tail light kit I bought and the template was wrong. At this point, I really don't want the crap on my bike, but, I got an effing hole in my fender from drilling the hole for the tail light wires to go thru, that needs to get covered some how. Every where I read how great their stuff is and I just don't see it. My day job is factory maintenance. I rebuild/repair/install machinery, r&r hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics,etc... I am by no means a novice at this stuff and yet these parts are either kicking my arse or there are crap. Sorry for the venting.

Any one want to buy a CD turn signal kit? I paid $199.95 from their website.

Wow... sorry for your frustrations. For us with 14's... its just removing bulbs and replacing them... no load equalizer is needed. Our scooters adjust automatically in a matter of a few seconds to a minute.

Not sure what to say.... except sorry

Sorry about your issues, Spazz is right no load equalizer needed for the '14's. I'm sure they will make it right for you.

Not your fault fellas. They won't take returns if they have been installed and out of the original packaging. Nice. Plus it was free shipping so when you return a part they then charge you shipping for the original delivery. Maybe it's just my location and the radio signals I receive. Who knows, but I think they are coming out. Not sure what to do with the tail light situation. Gotta wait to hear from them. One thing I know is that they're not gonna buy me a new rear fender.

Try wiping the dielectric grease off of the bulbs and out of the plug.

You have a hidden antenna? Try stock and see if it is still there. Hidden antenna picks up more interference

Great thought. I have them off all ready. Will see if I can get time to do that. I was going to eliminate the hidden antenna anyway. Thanks.

so your saying get some LED's and just put them in? I just bought 2 red 1157 bulbs 1.69 each

Yes... the 14's do not need a load equalizer. If they blink fast once installed, turn on your hazards for a few minutes and the ECM will adjust for LED lights automatically

Yea, what Spazz said. I have their lights and have zero issues....sorry man...

Sold these long ago. I'm over it. Wish they didn't cause so much radio interference. I liked them. I like my radio more. No biggie.

Buckshot85- just curious, what did you ever do about the rear fender hole you drilled?

I removed the CD tail light and sent it back with the instructions and the horrible template they use. They sent me a new tail light assembly and the same poor template. This time I compensated for the hole before I glued the tail light down. So I had more room between the turn signal assembly and the tail light. I really wanted the tail light on for more visibility. It worked out.
